EVENT DESCRIPTION:
The Meeting of Directors-General on Urban Matters (DGUM) is the main body with a direct participation of the EU Member States representatives responsible for the agenda of urban development. Individual DGUMs take place on a bi-annual basis in line with the rotating presidency system of the EU Council.

CONTENT:
DGUM is a main body discussing and approving the outputs of UDG meeting and related bodies and initiatives. The meeting during CZ PRES will presumably be focused on the priorities of New Leipzig Charter, urban development support instruments including the European Urban Initiative and other EU and Czech activities in the field of urban policy.
